The Rome-Floyd ECO Center celebrated a major milestone Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, unveiling its latest renovations.
Originally a freshwater pump station, the ECO Center has transformed into a year-round environmental education hub along the Oostanaula River in Ridge Ferry Park.
