The Rome-Floyd ECO Center celebrated a major milestone Thursday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, unveiling its latest renovations.

Originally a freshwater pump station, the ECO Center has transformed into a year-round environmental education hub along the Oostanaula River in Ridge Ferry Park.

Residents will have a chance to see the upgrades firsthand during the official grand opening on Saturday, March 15th.
