The GBI has been called in to help investigate the deaths of two people in Aragon.

Few details are known at this time regarding the incident that occurred on Walnut Street on Tuesday.

A statement from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation read:

“At the request of the Aragon Police Department, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation is conducting a death investigation involving two individuals. On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at about 2:00 p.m., the GBI was requested to respond to the scene. At this time, the investigation is active and ongoing. Based on preliminary information, there is no threat to the public.”
