Friday afternoon AdventHealth Redmond broke ground on its new Heart and Vascular Institute.

Isaac Sendros, President and CEO of AdventHealth Redmond, kicked off the event with optimism about the expansion (in the video above).

Set to open in March 2026, the new institute will provide comprehensive heart and vascular care.

The facility will feature a range of services, including cardiology, structural heart procedures, advanced heart care, and cardiac rehabilitation, expanding patients’ access to critical care.

Adding to the excitement, NASCAR driver Erik Jones made an appearance alongside his AdventHealth #43 racecar, ahead of this weekend’s Ambetter 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
