The public is invited to help AdventHealth Redmond celebrate the start of the construction of a new heart and vascular institute.

Groundbreaking ceremonies will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. at the AdventHealth Redmond Southwest parking lot.

The AdventHealth Redmond Heart and Vascular Institute will include:

• AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiology at Rome
• Structural Heart
• Electrophysiology/Device Clinic
• AdventHealth Medical Group Cardiothoracic Surgery at Rome
• Advanced Heart Care Clinic
• Cardiac Rehab
• Outpatient Cardiac Testing
• Lab Services
• Provider Office Space

NASCAR driver Erik Jones and the AdventHealth #43 NASCAR will be on site to meet fans during the event, in preparation for this weekend’s Ambetter 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

The AdventHealth Redmond Heart and Vascular Institute office building, opening March 2026, will serve as a center for coordinated heart and vascular care, furthering our legacy as the region’s heart care leader. Furthermore, the institute will enable us to care for the increasing number of people across our region who need access to quality care.
