Calhoun man arrested after being stopped for not wearing a helmet

A Calhoun man was originally stopped by the Calhoun Police for not wearing a helmet while driving a moped but ended up receiving a list of multiple charges. 
 
According to the Calhoun Police, 21-year old Aaron Richard Anthony Talley of a Rutledge Drive address was stopped for not wearing a helmet while driving a moped. 
 
Talley reportedly became agitated and when told he could call someone to bring him a helmet he refused and threw the moped on its side. 
 
Talley also reportedly twisted the gas cap off while the moped was on its side releasing gas onto the ground. 
 
The Calhoun Police has charged Talley with no helmet while driving a motorcycle or moped, obstruction, and littering.
