Two indicted in April shooting

A Floyd County Grand Just has indicted two men charged in the shooting of a Summerville man at the Big H Food Store on East 12th Street in Rome.

According to previous reports, 27-year old Terrance Autwaun Dozier was shot in the leg on April 27.

According to the arrest warrant, 29-year old Monyea Mico Smith provoked a fight with Dozier which resulted in 32-year old Christopher Kenyun Atwater shooting the victim with a 9mm pistol.

Both Smith and Atwater were indicted for aggravated assault.
